Now that I have had some time to reflect, I think it reasonable to state what a very bad job Noam did yesterday. He failed to convey the details that would allow one to draw reasonable conclusions about the state of the company. Although he may be bound by some contractual covenants, he was unable to give a sense of the company's accomplishments regarding possible OEM arrangements. He was very evasive about the matter of being cash flow positive past saying that the company is "going in the right direction". He completely ignored efforts to obtain information about Charlotte's Web. In sum and substance, his morose, depressed style has become inimical to share holders interests. He will fall back on the canard that coverage will come when the company becomes profitable, but fails to give enough information to indicate when and how such profitability will occur. It is painfully obvious that our interests are no longer served by having such a spokesman representing the company. We should not have to sell or stock to register disapproval; rather, we should be able to contact the Board to ask for Noam's removal. While I realize that such Board action is very unlikely, I urge other interested parties to call or write members of the Board to voice what-ever misgivings you may have.
