(NASDAQ: VSEA - News), a leading supplier of ion implantation systems, today announced it has received the Best Technical Support Award from Shanghai Belling Corporation (SBC) located in Shanghai, China. Varian Semiconductor supports its installed base of medium current and high current ion implanters at SBC, a wafer manufacturing fab that focuses on telecommunications and consumer applications.
