And speakin of SAP/Intel how are those boys doin' on their Y2K conversion. I saw about a year ago that the CIOs from Intel, National, HP, IBM, and SAP would get to schmoose together about once a quarter, discussing among other things their individual efforts at converting all that customized COBOL-based crapola that so essentially runs their respective companies on Y2K non-compliant IBM big iron.

Conversion to SAP was/is seen as the Holy Grail for sidestepping that issue before it really becomes an issue. Having participated in an oh so small way in a couple of those company's efforts to build those cobwebs over the years, I sincerely hope they can pull off a conversion of this magnitude in such a short time with no possibility of postponement...or something!!!
