David, If an investigation of WMT (the biggest employer in the United States with some 1.2 Million employees) turned up only 300 illegals, I'd say that's a pretty damned good record.

Like Jim said, who knows whether they fully investigated all of Wal-mart.

Right now, there are multiple strikes across Southern California, including the union of grocery store workers who are protesting cuts in their health care benefits. Management is complaining they have to reduce the benefits in order to better compete against non-union supermarket chains, including Wal-mart who is furiously entering this market. I'm sure this illegal worker thing with Wal-mart is going to help bolster the union's PR campaign.
