Kenny I said the unemployment rate is not going up. And most recently dropped .1% mr. bill had sex with interns and that did little to give credit to mr. bill for anything. PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH spook to the bad economic indicators as he was being elected and called for rate cuts to ward off the slow down. They came to little to late. He tried for tax cuts and only got cuts the would take effect in future years again preventing the decline. But current tax cuts are now helping along with the low interest rates.

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH had followed a rational policy to reverse the declines that started at the end of mr. bill's disgusting time in the WH.
