Hello JP,

Falco is looking for a big one up there. If they found something big, they must respect regulations, halt transactions on their stock and rapidly disseminate the big news.

Not so IMO. Actually quite to the contrary. I think many micro cap players (myself included) have been brainwashed by the "could be, should be, might be" NR's from juniors where the disclaimer is longer than the actual NR. These types of NR's are a must for most juniors just to keep the lights on. It's the exact opposite for the big guys. Their lawyers would have a fit if anything other than proven fact, i.e. visuals, would be disclosed unless of course there was a huge leak. They will spend more money on preventing such leaks / forced NR's than any junior will ever spend on disseminating news for promotional purposes.

Cheers,
kidl
