Jim,
BED has some problems with their Silicon Valley leases being at greatly reduced rates, but they have a low FFO multiple and a low dividend/FFO ratio, leaving a lot of room for rent drops and still maintaining the dividend.
Besides, they are buying back stock at these levels during the quarter. Like I said, I probably bought it on the top of the ^RMS.

I was 2 weeks early on the pull back. I can't gauge when it will end yet.
