Clinton DID take steps to kill Osama. Bush didn't so a damn thing until after 9-11. Clinton organized a Pakistani hit team to take out Osama in Afghanistan. It was apparently disbanded by Bushies when they came into power. Being a landlocked country, Afghanistan was a challenge for CLinton with no physical access to it. Planes couldn't even make it there and back. Too dangerous. He had to use Cruise missiles. He missed. But he tried. What did Bush try to do prior to 9-11 against terrorism? Less than nothing. He was warned about hijackings on 8-5 and did nothing. A big zero. All he cared about was trying to force SDI down the world's throat, a useless system that doesn't even work. Now he's a great Monday morning quarterback though. Still he hasn't gotten Osama and missed him at Tora Bora. but he talks tough anyway and sure knows how to spend our money sending tanks against mosquitos.
