The Bush folks are dismantling a lot of institutions that have seen incremental growth, and contributed to an incrementally safer world, over the last 50 years. That's the agenda. If you didn't have time to listen to that lecture, you might want to spend some time looking into the The Project for the New American Century, and it's founding members. All this is not without forethought.
