Metal doesn't have to melt in order to collapse. It gets softer as it heats up, and it may no longer be able to support the weight.

Those questions were answered. I know it's a lot of reading but the subject does demand a serious analogy. And the pictures do show a pile of severed and twisted steal that looks like it was cut by charges. Not cutting torches or melted by fire, which was impossible btw. And why, that being the most horrendous structural failure in history, did the government thwart a complete and thorough investigation? Don't answer because there was no serious investigation. Just another whitewash.
