You know, at one point today it(PHM) had a spread of 85 cents between the bid and the ask.
Definitely not a lot of fun being on the wrong side of the trade


no kidding.

i've stayed away totally from the housing stocks...something about the markets ability to remain irrational
longer than you can remain solvent<vbg>

i have stayed away from shorting the housing stocks because of the persistent "false demand" created by artificially low rates and increasingly lax lending standards
