Not much difference to me. The guy is a junkie however it happened. No difference between a guy who picked up the habit in 'Nam or a guy from South Central who picked up the habit out of despair. Actually no different than a cigarette addict.

But the main thing is that Rush put down other drug addicts when he knew he himself was an addict. The addiction is easy to forgive, as a matter of fact there is nothing to forgive, addiction is a disease according to 99% of doctors. Of course it's not a disease to 99% of the misinformed and ignorant who are NOT doctors.

It's not the disease that's hard to forgive it's the hypocrisy. Blatant lying hypocrisy.
