EAG up as high as .62 in PM -

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Tenacore Holdings Inc. reported a 9% stake in Eagle Broadband Inc. (EAG), according to a Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Oct. 7, Tenacore Holdings beneficially owned 16,958,338 Eagle Broadband common shares, according to the filing from late Thursday.

A Schedule 13G denotes a passive investment stake in a company. Filers aren't required to provide a reason for any changes in stake and aren't required to detail any transactions.

Eagle Broadband, via its units, supplies broadband wired and wireless equipment services for the Internet, multimedia set-top box, one- and two-way wireless messaging, specialized mobile radio, remote data acquisition and meter reading and integrated wired and wireless convergence product markets.
