As the article points out, under our legal system, that is up to the Doctors, the Court, and her Husband to decide. Obviously they all three think so or the Husband would have never got the order to go ahead. Motives, etc, are not part of what it is judged on. The parents already tried the legal system and lost.

So the Parents used some clout and got the State of Florida into the mess. Wrong way for Society to go.
