True, but only Clinton, to the best of anyone's knowledge, actually SOLD them! As to Clinton, so many frauds last one being SELLING PARDONS. >>> Yes, a particularly distasteful episode, the type of unsavory affair several more ethical Presidents have personally decided NOT to engage in (like Carter)... but, alas, most DO engage in. (Remember President Bush's last minute pardon of the Pakistani heroin smuggler - with CIA connections - caught red-handed with over $1 Million worth of heroin at La Guardia?)
