The true believers won't be happy till the neocons remake the CIA in the image of DEBKA or something, where the spooks tell the hotheads just what they want to hear, regardless of conventional reality. Real good for the country that'll be. Who'd a thunk, the CIA is actually part of the liberal media conspiracy.

Good grief.

Why get so wound up about a statement suggesting that Plame's tennis partners have little to fear from anyone and that the Washington Pest was a bit over the top on the subject? As are the Tennis Ladies, who are probably thrilled to fantasize that they are big players in the Great Game.

It's a long way from Ladies Who Shop and Lunch to a vast CIA left-wing conspiracy. But it's an amusing ride so thanks for the reply.
