DB Securities cuts Lucent to sell October 24, 2003 10:59:56 (ET) NEW YORK, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank Securities said on Friday it cut Lucent Technologies (LU,Trade) to "sell" from "hold." The stock closed at $2.83 on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. Is this a sign to SELL or BUY?
