Not exactly true--
Final Communion (Vaticum) was denied her because of the fear of aspiration, but she was not denied Extreme Unction (annointing of oil and prayers)to my knowledge. The Church has a Spiritual Communion for people who are unable to eat or drink, which she has been receiving for several years, and which the priest was allowed to administer.
