There was a move in the MN legislature this year to allow first cousins to marry. Seems it's common practice among some immigrant groups. Didn't pass. There are bunches and bunches of immigrants hereabouts, some of them from parts of the world where incestuous marriages are common, so I assume there are at least some of them in Virginia.
