And exactly how was Bush and Ashcroft planning to change that by TURNING DOWN the budget request? You can curse all you want, but it won't change the facts. You people NEVER NEVER NEVER take responsibility for your actions. You people are like a little child saying "Tommy did it, I didn't." Grow up and take the heat. George W. will the first Pres. since Herbert Hoover to have a net job loss on his watch. That includes Dems and Reps over all those years. you better learn to live with that, because the voters know about it
