Doesn't it bother any of the Bush supporters that we haven't found any of the WMD's in Iraq? Before going in Bush said that Saddam posed an immediate threat to the US. That was the reasoning for ignoring the International route. Now it appears there was no immediate threat.

More Americans have died by attacking Iraq than it appears they would have been able to kill had we stayed the course of sanctions and inspections.

I personally felt that if Saddam had them and he wouldn't cooperate with the UN, then you could make a case for a pre-emptive attack. But that would only be if you knew, knew for a certainty that Saddam had the weapons and the means to deliver them. I was even OK with Bush not telling us before hand what he knew. I was fine with protecting sources and finding out what horrible stock piles existed after we went in.

Now it looks like they had nothing more the vague intelligence. Most of it based on fear of what they could not verify with a paper trail.

Saddam was/is a bad person. No doubt about that. But not a threat to the US. Doesn't it bother any of you that lives were lost? And for what? I ask you for what?
