Yes, true, the street disliked the hvb spinoff HRX and many institutions which held hvb (mostly insurances) quickly dumped the hrx stub at a negotiated price of around E10 which was quite a bit below the market. The heavily leveraged HRX can be an interesting play for those who bet on a significant apprechiation of German (European) real estate prices.
