If you're referring to the Heston speech sequence in BF Columbine, it was spliced together in a misleading fashion that completely changed the context and meaning. In my book, that is the same as "faked". Every time Moore put in a still photo or other interruption, he spliced in a different sentence or fragment from what Heston said.

I am no fan of the NRA, but there are plenty of honest ways to hold them accountable. Moore chose not to do it honestly. He should be held accountable.
