re:Alamoudi’s lawyer said her client doesn’t remember saying such a thing... Classic slippery legal talk - such a statement can never be disproved as all it really references is the subject's memory. OTOH, if the guy wasn't of a mindset to say such a thing, he would flat out deny having done so. The fact that he doesn't do so just shows that he is scared of being proven a liar by the evidence.
