morose? Hmmm, I haven't associated that with him - not to be argumentative. Uncommunicative? Well, technically he doesn't have to say boo - just issue the necessary SEC reports quarterly or when significant events occur. I'm not saying that doing the minimum is necessarily smart. One could infer that there wasn't anything of substance to announce so they don't issue PR and that might tell people it's time to bail on this company. For the record, management owns more shares than the readers of this board in the aggregate, I'm pretty sure. At the same time they have a vested interest in the stock doing well since low priced stock doesn't yield much when options are converted and sold. and we all know that no one gets rich on salaries - except those in the stratosphere of outfits like the NYSE. "Equity" has been my mantra for decades. Of course, equity's other definition is what you're talking about and I agree but we ain't gonna get it. Wasn't there a definition of insanity being doing (or wishing) the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome the next time? Dee Jay
