The news , in my view, now confirms that sale of Repap USA and Manitoba facility is now quite real, and only the approval of us Repap shareholders stands in the way.

IS this good? At this stage, it certainly helps to stop the bleeding, and in effect, based on what I've read, slashes repap debt to 1 billion. With the coated groundwood market picking up, together pulp pricing rising, the remaining New Brunswick mill should start to generate very good profits.

I really think this is very good news for repap.
