I think we would be better off with Donald Duck as Secretary of Defense. Donald would never allow the likes of a company like Haliburton hitting the jackpot for every darn gallon of fuel they bring in. It's sad. Reminds me of PA&E. I would like to examine the records of fuel delivered vs. quantity needed. Yes, I can see fuel being dumped in the desert. What can we do about getting rid of Rumsfield. President Bush will never be reelected with this albatross around his neck.
