I have to judge you by how quickly you pay to get it fixed.

Problem is that you can't wait for the payment or non-payment to support a candidate. By that time he's been in or out of office for some time. You have to make the call while your tulips are under his wheels. Either that or just not vote, which is where I'm starting to find myself.
