Thanks for your input Steve. It is my impression that stiffling the shareholders would be illegal. Otherwise, what would be the point of the meeting other than as a pro forma stamp to do what the Board wants to do? Any further information you find out will be greatly appreciated. You bet I will write a summary of the meeting as soon as I can. I hope I can title my story after one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: The fall of The Colossus of Rhodes. Robin
