The Evangelicals have a lot of Missionary "boots on the ground" and have a better feel for the people than the Embassy cookie pushers.

I think they're a good source as are the medical personnel. I read recently, don't know where, that the missionaries have conceded that condoms are critical and and started dispensing them. I wish the WH would pay attention to that and quit screwing around with family planning.
