Did someone say the terrorists were dead in the water? The theat to American is diminished, no doubt(and I certainly have no problem with Rumsfeld saying that the cost/benefit ratio of much of what we are doing is too high. I'd like to improve that too, but it won't be accomplished by doing nothing at zero expense).

Read my lips: the threat to America has increased. Every one of our cities is in danger of being hit with a suicide bomber carrying a dirty bomb.

This whole thing is a greek tragedy. You are reactionaries from another era and should not have been permitted the power you got. You have made a very bad mess of things and it could very well be our undoing.
