James just calculate how many jobs overseas the over valued USD generates and how much income tax governments collect .. and then you will understand why a to sharp fall of the USD will hurt the world economies. Take into account the multiplier effect and the numbers of workers earning a living producing widgets for export to the US are quite substantial.
