IMA might well have done this. But as I said in my previous message, you and I do not know the details. We will find out.

At this point in time, based on what we know, unless AQI management has been really stupid, they sure seems to be on the good end of the stick. Their action appears to be defendable while IMA has yet to show evidence that theirs is.

But I will admit that things can change.
