Reading between the lines is also hard to do if you don't know what is going on. One thing I saw that dropped the stock 2 1/2 pts was the change in auditors.

Do you suppose it's possible that if a company is planning moves into several foreign countries it would be changing to "the US arm of an international accounting firm"?

This should have caused an up blip in stock prices, but no one knew what was happening.
