The companies involved with Mr. Shade that investors are so upset about are International Biometrics, Homeland Security Source and Spy Research Inc. It does seem to be the same David Shade as OUR Mr. Shade since the "About Us" page at spyresearch.com looks very close to the Diamond Hits 2000 10K.
