Christine:

I am chemist and very, very short on neurology/CNS disorder. Still learning this interesting field.

Peter:

I share similar IPIC story, only my profit is much smaller. Also I agree ( I own explanation to IPIC followers) at some points:

1. Citicoline will be synergistic with other and standard stroke therapy. My points of potential limitation is drug benefits as there are other drugs for post-stroke rehabilitation/therapy. Until we see complete data from study it is hard and inappropriate to speculate regardless that it will not effect FDA decision. I hope (for interest of all small investors as we are) that soon all drug approvable letters will be available on-line from FDA web-site. Than it will be much easy to project sale potential. Until that time we are in *fortune* hand.

2. Regards the Redux, it will have another problem as two new drugs will be introduced to market. My filing is , I agree that de-scheduling is sure things and will help, that the sale increase will not be significant.

3. IPIC have Bucindolol (PIII) and Pagaclone (PII/III) which will also contribute in price appreciation. But, by the recent bt sector performance, regular investor usually do not investigate company in depth and small deviation from expectation can be detrimental.

4. I do agree that SEPR is much safer in long time run.

Regards,

mz
