Hi Jay - I think we should wait a little before buying Russian stocks - give them a few days to drop.

Also, if people move out of rubles, they will most likley move into USD, at least initially. USD is very popular in Russia.

So we could see an upward move in USD, resulting in nice shorting opportunity in a day or so...

More bad news for the Euro, since some of the ruble money will eventually end up i nEuros, pushing them higher. And any instability affects Europe's energy supply.

As for Bush looking clueless - don't misunderestimate him.
He's looked like that for a long time.
