" I appreciate your straightening out the naive on many "facts" of the real estate business." ?? He is just defending his turf, nothing else! Everyone knows consumers are tired of paying outlandish commissions to brokers and the tide is turning. Changes are coming, flat fees, reduced commission rates etc. If you doubt it, just take a look at the automobile sales industry.
