The fire in California has already consumed about a third more acreage and killed more people than the big fire in '93 out there. And it is still thoroughly out of control, ready to race up mountains in still winds, and create its own tremendous winds. To me, Capitalism will invariably help. You Coke plant no doubt was permitted by government decree, and now I'd not be surprised if neither Coke nor the Indian government is officially responsible so that the problem is being fixed. Government, I'll guess, has failed in this the situation..or, do you know what's being done about it? Dan B.
