Remember Florence Griffith-Joyner? Died around 40. Many bodybuilders died of heart attacks/failures in the past years. Probably Arnold's luck is that he "grew up" in low-dosage times.

The East Germans were the kings and queens of steroid use in the Olympics for years.

Yes, and many of them are physically ruined.
