I'm not so sure that it's a 50 50 chance what way they could go cauz I don't know what factors are used. When the jobs picture may be heading one direction or another there may be a bias toward the direction of revisions. Under different conditions the numbers may be revised in the other direction. Besides I repeat what sense would it make to fudge then reverse deliberately? Come on, if you can see the revisions so can everybody else. These reports followed by revisions are simply a wash. Taking the kinda risk of fudging ( If discovered Bush couldn't get elected to dogcatcher ) for what ? Only to revise to the truth later .....Just makes no sense.
