Would you care to venture a guess as to the earliest and latest you expect to see such technology in volume production?

I don't remember what AMD said about this, but I would expect it by 45nm. I believe that AMD's first joint process with IBM is at 65nm. It would be nice if they would just bite the bullet and migrate to it then. If leakage is a big problem at 90nm, it almost becomes intractable at 65nm without a change in transistor topology. As far as I would think.
