He accomplished zero, other than a "good economy" which was a huge balloon that ruptured before he left office. The longest economic expansion in modern history, a balanced budget and even a SURPLUS, plus lowest unemployment in memory, no inflation, an environmental policy, lowest crime in memory....and two terms.
