Eagle Broadband Releases Access Instructions for Special Shareholder Conference Call Scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 2003

LEAGUE CITY, Texas, Oct 27, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) --EagleBroadband, Inc. (AMEX: EAG), a leading provider of broadband andcommunications products, services and content, released instructionstoday that will allow shareholders and interested parties to accessthe Special Shareholder Update Conference Call to be hosted by thecompany on Tuesday, October 28, 2003, beginning at 5 p.m. Easterntime.

Shareholders and interested parties will be able to access theconference call, which is being webcast by CCBN, through EagleBroadband's website at eaglebroadband.com using MicrosoftWindows Media Player. Participants should log onto the web at leastfifteen minutes before the event to download and install any necessaryaudio software. Those without Internet access may participate tollfree by calling 800-299-7635, passcode 14445246 (or international toll617-786-2901, same passcode). For those unable to attend the livebroadcast, the conference call will be archived and available forreplay through a link located in the Investor Relations section of theEagle Broadband website.

The conference call is expected to last for 45 minutes and willinclude a management update, followed by a live 20-minute question andanswer period where Eagle management will be available to answerquestions from shareholders. Shareholders are also encouraged tosubmit questions prior to the call and may do so by emailing them toquestions@egbb.com or faxing them to 281-538-5370, Attention: ClareenO'Quinn, Regarding: Eagle Broadband Conference Call.
