OHB...PE looks reasonable...PEG...reasonable....it's a runner now with momentum players. The only red flag is insider sells, but heck they are probably "wetting their pants" with excitement of getting out in the 20's vs a short time ago around $6/shr or so. If I was a trader..Id trade it.

Only research I could find comes from Schwab. Their ranking is C..for average hold. Here are some other things:

Year-to-date Results: Annual Results --NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's)--Aug 18, 2003, Orleans Homebuilders Inc., announced 4Q EPS $0.68 vs. $0.40 and annual EPS $1.65 vs. $1.09.

Business Summary: Develops residential communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey, and the metropolitan areas of Richmond, VA and Charlotte, Greensboro and Raleigh, NC. During fiscal 2003 (June), the company delivered 1,243 homes.

Insider Activity: Company Insiders include officers and directors of the company who may have access to information not available to the general public. Company Insiders are net sellers of OHB stock with 7 Sells - 17902 shares over the three months ending 10/24/2003
