Great posts - The regulars on this thread want to forget the holocaust happened. The uniqueness of the holocaust is why Israel exists. To minimize the murder of perhaps 1/2 an entire people is the work of haters who will never understand until their own family is taken from them one day by an act of terror.

There have been terrible acts throughout history and they should all be remembered. The really low of the low want to negate the holocaust saying that it is a monopolization and a cynical use of the tragedy. I say remember them all. Remember the Oklahoma victims. Remember the Cambodians. Remember the Armenians. Remember the 9/11 victims.

Those who glorify the thinking of Hitler and Mussolini will not want us to remember the Holocaust.

There are certainly Christian nations that would take in Christians if they are in trouble in Muslim lands and, of course, vice versa. There is only one Israel and it shall continue to exist, irrespective of the vocal extremists who post on internet blogs.

What these self-knighted experts don't realize is that even if Israel did not exist, the Muslims would be targeting Christian interests and Christians throughout the Middle East and much of Africa.

I'm not saying all Muslims are extreme. The ones that are controlling the terror are extreme and will not rest until the Middle East and perhaps the world is a Muslim fundamentalist society.
