Even completely biased right wing Israeli propaganda morons speak the truth now and then, LOL.

I don't agree with their speculation that the US is shot through with bad intelligence and leaks to the other side. I do agree with their notes that the war on terror is making regress. In that, I am only seconding the implications of Rumsfeld's own words. If we were winning the war on terror, his memo would have had passages like "How can we win this war on terror even faster than we are already?" or "It looks like the war on Terror is almost completed, so we need to begin making plans on how to reduce the size of government."

My theory is that Rumsfeld has already been annointed as a sacrificial goat for bungling the war, and he wrote the memo with the intention of embarassing Bush.

And I notice that you're not taking issue with what Debka said. Let me repeat it for you, so you can have an opportunity to address the argument, rather than make an "ad hominem" attack against your buddies, LOL:
