There is a way. It's so easy that someone with an IQ less than half of yours (as reported by you) could understand it. Roll back spending to what it was four years ago, increased by inflation and population growth. And if the deficit is only $12 Billion as you sometimes say, then you could add back some spending for good measure.

I guess that IQ test you took didn't have very much math on it.
