Thanks for your comments. I haven't looked closed enough at all the CIM companies to know how PEGA compares to the others (except maybe Siebel). I'd be surprised if their technology is that superior to some of the other players in this market. If it is that superior, wouldn't they have sales momentum comparable to Siebel's? You bring up a good point about the sales commission indicator (Montgomery had discussed this in their post-earnings report as well. The valuation already assumes substantial growth and I'm not sure the commissions point to BETTER-THAN-EXPECTED growth which is what this company would need to justify the valuation. Finally, what's your take on the First Data deal. During the conference call, they admitted that most of the revenue from the First Data deal was already in their long-term growth plans and that people shouldn't view it as an incremental opportunity. With First Data now in the loop on sales that they expected anyway, I would think this becomes a margin erosion issue more than anything else. Your thoughts?
