They ARE recognizing the present value as revenue!!! That is the reason why I'm questioning their revenue recognition policy in the first place. Furthermore, they're using a relatively low discount rate in the calculation which further increases reported revenues. Finally, they recognize ALL of this revenue upon installation and keep in mind that one of their big deals last quarter was up and running on the LAST day of the quarter. P.S. Hi Gary!
